I was one of two copywriters on the HBO GO/MAX GO development team, on call from initial product concept through its first-to-market product launch. We problem-solved for ux needs like authentication and parental controls, established copy conventions and content strategy across multiple platforms and affiliate sites and established a format for monthly programming packages, which we also curated. HBO GO and MAX GO has been through many evolutions since initial launch, but our original copy, conventions and content strategy has remained intact on both sites up until its latest iteration as max.com.
