bloomingdale's/online product promotions

I was recruited by Bloomingdale’s to be a core member within a pilot project designed to improve ecommerce content workflow. I created bcom product description enhancements for for luxury handbags, shoes, sunglasses, home, and kids.

I implemented improved workflow between copywriters and brand managers, created new process and standards for daily copy deliverables and developed content strategy for consistency in product titles and product description conventions.
